Packaging Specialist

As a Packaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by ensuring that finished goods meet our high-quality standards before they reach the customer. You will work closely with the operations team to maintain efficient workflows, utilizing your attention to detail to drive consistent output and operational excellence.

• Support the production line by safely feeding materials into machinery to maintain steady output.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to identify defects and ensure products are packaged according to exact specifications.
• Proactively communicate any quality discrepancies or equipment concerns to the supervisor to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support a high-velocity manufacturing environment.
• Ensure all production documentation and logs are completed with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and the ability to interpret standard work instructions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and physical requirements of the role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
