Metal Fabrication Technician

As a Metal Fabrication Technician, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality components by operating advanced machinery. • Execute precise fabrication of sheet metal components by interpreting complex blueprints and technical schematics.
• Operate and calibrate NC laser systems to achieve high-accuracy cuts and material optimization.
• Utilize a variety of industrial equipment, including shears, brakes, benders, and rolls, to shape metal to project specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and adjustments on machinery to maintain peak operational performance and output quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and ensure all fabricated parts align with design requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship by verifying all finished assemblies against detailed product specifications.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.
• Technical aptitude for operating CNC laser cutters and related metal-forming machinery.
