Manufacturing Production Associate

As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by ensuring high-quality output and efficient packaging processes. You will utilize your technical aptitude to manage equipment setups and maintain a seamless workflow, directly contributing to our team's ability to meet production targets.

• Execute product inspection and packaging tasks to ensure all items meet strict customer quality standards.
• Monitor machinery performance and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Manage workstation preparation by organizing materials according to specific work orders and ensuring continuous supply availability.
• Support equipment changeover processes to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the production area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Document production data accurately by completing daily logs and operational paperwork.
• Participate in safety initiatives and adhere to all internal protocols to foster a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to assist with various tasks as needed to ensure shift goals are achieved.
