About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Team Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations and optimize equipment performance. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced manufacturing systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment, PLCs, and motor controls will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient support of plant operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies to minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and system-wide efficiency.
- Collaborate with production management to optimize equipment maintenance, training, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
- Utilize testing and measuring equipment to maintain and repair electromechanical control systems.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
- Proficiency in working with three-phase power and various control voltages.
- Ability to effectively use all shop tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
