Industrial Maintenance Technician

Located in Fletcher, NC, our organization is looking for a committed Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our operations. You will be instrumental in keeping our facility equipment running efficiently, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys diagnosing and servicing complex industrial systems.

• Execute regular upkeep and fix industrial hardware and machinery.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic faults to help minimize operational downtime.
• Carry out detailed checks and proactive maintenance to keep systems functioning at their best.
• Document all repair tasks and maintenance logs with precision.
• Work alongside colleagues to refine workflows and boost the overall dependability of our machinery.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.
• Support the setup and integration of new machinery as required.

• Completion of high school or GED; a technical certificate or degree in the field is highly valued.
• Demonstrated background working in industrial maintenance or a comparable technical position.
• Comprehensive understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in analyzing and utilizing technical schematics and manuals.
• Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
