Field Service Technician and Logistics Contractor

As an Independent Field Technician and Logistics Partner, you will play a vital role in the final-mile experience by ensuring high-quality product delivery, precise assembly, and expert repair services. You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and select projects that align with your team's specialized equipment and technical expertise.

• Execute professional assembly of fitness equipment, basketball systems, and home goods to meet strict manufacturer specifications.
• Manage end-to-end delivery logistics, ensuring items arrive at customer locations safely and on time.
• Perform complex on-site repairs for various consumer products using manufacturer-provided components.
• Utilize mobile technology platforms to document service completion, track order status, and communicate with dispatch.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring each installation or repair meets quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with a partner to handle heavy-duty items, ensuring safe handling and efficient site setup.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or logistics.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to operate and maintain a personal vehicle suitable for cargo transport.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications for business operations.
• Must possess a valid EIN and maintain required business insurance coverage.
• Physical capability to lift, maneuver, and assemble heavy equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with in-ground basketball hoop installation or complex fitness equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance and interstate logistics regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting product malfunctions.
