As a Field Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the operational integrity of complex medical systems within hospital environments. You will leverage your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and optimize equipment performance, directly impacting patient care and safety through your independent, field-based work.

• Execute comprehensive diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on a diverse range of medical systems and components.
• Manage your daily service schedule autonomously, prioritizing urgent client needs to ensure maximum equipment uptime and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex malfunctions and maintain accurate documentation within digital service platforms.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear technical guidance, repair options, and identifying opportunities to enhance service value.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence by adhering to safety protocols and vendor credentialing requirements across assigned regional territories.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a technical or mechanical capacity.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex mechanical or electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet strict vendor credentialing standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a customer-facing environment.
