About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to maintain and improve our automated manufacturing systems. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. Your expertise in PLC programming, motor controls, and three-phase power systems will be crucial to our success.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to install and evaluate electromechanical systems, contributing to process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies to resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize shop tools and testing equipment to maintain and repair electromechanical control systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with three-phase power and various control voltages to support diverse equipment needs.
- Contribute to a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of working with three-phase power and various control voltages.
- Demonstrated ability to use shop tools and testing equipment.
- Solid foundation in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems.
- Familiarity with 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
