Role Summary

Availability: Full-Time

Key Duties

• Construct mechanical parts and sub-units by strictly adhering to technical drawings and assembly guidelines.
• Utilize various power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to finalize production objectives.
• Review components and finished goods to guarantee high standards of precision.
• Confirm that all necessary materials are present and correct prior to starting the assembly process.
• Adhere to defined manufacturing workflows to help the team achieve consistent productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Detect and communicate any issues regarding faulty components, assembly errors, or machinery malfunctions.
• Document production data accurately to ensure all records are kept up to date.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free workspace for everyone.
• Support a culture of safety by strictly following all established operational and quality protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership to ensure collective production targets are met.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior background in an assembly or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong manual coordination and a natural mechanical aptitude.
• Capacity to comprehend and execute both spoken and written directions.
• Fundamental mathematical proficiency combined with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience operating various manual and electric assembly tools.
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously while also contributing to team success.
