What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser - Wendover position at Maverick NV LLC?
Description
The Busser assists the servers with clearing tables, and stocking supplies and condiment stations, while maintaining a friendly and professional image. Position works between Wendover Nugget & Red Garter, if/as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Remove soiled plates, glasses and silverware and take to the kitchen and separate.
- Place condiments, creamer at tables, and move waitress/waiter tips to the front of the table for pickup.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors throughout shift, especially the buffet area, and mop at the end of shift.
- Reset all tables properly, including salt, pepper and sugar holders.
- Assist servers as needed.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
- High School education or equivalent experience.
- Current WA State Health Food Handlers Card.
