Key Responsibilities
- Translate business vision and goals into detailed business requirements and actionable project plans.
- Manage multiple complex projects and programs with significant scope simultaneously.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead cross-functional, matrixed teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Develop and execute project strategies aligned with both business and technical objectives.
- Establish and maintain clear communication processes for project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee quality control, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive execution of project deliverables and monitor performance metrics to ensure success.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven program management experience with demonstrated success managing complex projects.
- Hands-on experience implementing Grants Management Systems (GMS) – required.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
