The Role: Customer Support Coordinator (6 month contract)
The Schedule: Remote | within Houston, TX. Working CT hours, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30 hours per week)
The Money: $30/hour - $40/hour

The Day-to-Day:
- Promptly respond to customer support tickets
- Handling and tracking from ingestion to complaint closure
- Analyze customer support data
- Provide one on one support to troubleshoot issues
- Build and maintain positive relationships
- Ad hoc projects
- 2 years customer service/support experience
- Zendesk experience is required
- Experience in education tech highly desired
