EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCTION INTERN
DESCRIPTION:
The Experiential Production Intern is responsible for assisting the Head of Production and lead experiential producers in the day-to-day aspects functions within a rapid growing creative and
production agency. Your responsibilities may include:
- This role will support the Experiential Production department in resourcing, securing venues and vendors, event staff booking etc.
- Sourcing and purchasing of anything from props to furniture to supplies.
- This intern will have the opportunity to gain knowledge across budgeting, event sets, client relations, and various experiential tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Major in Hospitality management, Business, or advertising.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with Google Sheets and Google products or similar software (Microsoft).
- Extremely self sufficient and problem solving skills preferred!
Please note you will be asked to be in office/ on site up to 2 times per week!
