Join forces with our expert teams and help produce content that stands out. You'll have the chance to work alongside renowned directors, photographers, and artists, contributing to a wide range of projects. Expect to learn about everything from live action and animation to audio mixing and photo editing, all while keeping pace with our brands' strategies.
As a Strategy intern, you will join a team operating at the intersection of creative, production, and emerging AI systems. You’ll work across some of the best creative teams in the business influencing how emerging technology is applied in the production process.

Join us for a 10-week paid internship in-person from June 8 to August 14. What you’ll experience:
As a Strategy Intern in our New York office, you’ll support strategists as they elevate the strategic product on the team. This role is a good fit for someone who’s curious about how decisions get made. You’ll be exposed to real client work and the thinking behind it, learning how research, perspective, and judgment shape brand platforms, campaigns, and longer‑term business decisions.

Compensation Range: $16.35 - $24.19 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. - Help design and conduct research to support production
- Help synthesize research into clear observations, insights, and takeaways
- Support the development of strategic frameworks and creative briefs
- Help organize and pressure‑test thinking before it goes to creative teams or clients
- Participate in working sessions and brainstorms with strategy, creative, and account partners
- Learn how strategists connect what people care about with where brands can grow
- Be introduced to core strategy frameworks used by the team to evaluate growth opportunities and guide production
- Gain exposure to how strategy works across production in a New York agency setting
