Real Estate Agents who join Matt Smith Real Estate Group are often closing 2-3 deals a month within the first 90 days - all with the leads, appointments and systems provided for them! Most Real Estate Agents on our team are able to accomplish selling 20-100 homes within their first year of Real Estate… earning 3 times the median income for areas we serve!

Responsibilities

- Build relationships with both our clients and your community.
- Show homes to motivated buyers
- Provide a white-glove service experience to homeowners looking to list their home
- Maintain your Real Estate License
- Provide an exceptional client experience by engaging with clients through phone conversations, text messaging, e-mail, and social media at all stages of the home-selling, and buying process
Qualifications
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must have car insurance
- Must adhere to Matt Smith Real Estate Group's Core Values
- Must fit into the Matt Smith Real Estate Group culture
- NO real estate experience is needed, we'll train you fully
- Must obtain your Missouri real estate license for continued employment (we'll show you how)
- Must be immediately eligible for a real estate license to be considered
- Coachability REALLY matters you MUST be coachable
- The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven, highly detail-oriented and believes in our Core Values.
Compensation
$50,000 - $200,000 at plan, commission
