We’re Looking For Active South Carolina real estate license (required) 1 year of real estate experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Goal-oriented and comfortable following a system Team player who thrives in a high-performance environment
Responsibilities Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone 1 year of prior experience in the real estate industry Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
