GM/Facilities Manager β local entertainment venue (Federal Way/onsite):
Terrific NEW Facilities Manager/General Manager opportunity with a local entertainment venue, with great community and family ties. As GM/Facilities Manager, you will focusing on overseeing and directing operations, facilities management, personnel scheduling and people management, hiring/training, food service, events bookings, safety and security, and revenue/P&L and financial data tracking. Supervise a team of 15 staff, direct marketing and revenue growth activities, ensure proper staffing for large booked events, track and approve employee payroll, ensure proper inventory levels, manage open/closing of the facility, etc. This venue is part of a local non-profit doing great things for the community. Ideal candidate will have a BA or AA (not a hard requirement), 5 years of facilities/restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue experience, proven people management experience, and general understanding of P&L and financial management experience. Comp range to $100K, excellent benefits, hours onsite typically in the afternoons and evenings 5 days a week. This job is located in Federal Way.
