Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The intern will play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing applicant profiles and filters, posting job descriptions on multiple platforms, and assisting in screening and interviewing prospective candidates. This role offers real-world exposure to recruitment strategy, social recruiting, and talent acquisition within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, customize, and post job descriptions across relevant job boards and platforms targeting remote US candidates
- Source candidate profiles using platform filters to match job requirements and internship criteria
- Leverage **social recruiting** strategies to engage with potential candidates on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates
- Assist in conducting candidate interviews, evaluating communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit
- Support documentation and record-keeping for recruitment and onboarding processes
- Help maintain recruitment databases and contribute to organizing employee engagement and culture-building activities
- Collaborate closely with founders and other teams to align talent acquisition with evolving business needs
Learning & Development
- Gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management
- Understand how to attract, assess, and engage talent through job boards and social media channels

Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, flexible environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with recruitment platforms and HRIS tools is a plus
