Our beauty client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team and make the brand stand out in a crowded feed.
This is a full-time, fully remote role but will require someone to be local to Los Angeles, CA or NYC to be involved in promotional events and brand photoshoots.
Responsibilities
The pay for this role ranges from $100,000-$120,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the brand’s social media strategy across all platforms
- Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to the social team, ensuring consistent execution of content calendars and campaigns.
- Monitor and identify emerging social trends, formats, and cultural moments- lead and advise the brand on opportunities to engage authentically.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to align social media content with larger marketing goals.
- Attend shoots and brand activations, ensuring the capture of high-quality, on-brand social content.
- Make key decisions on what content to share across different channels, balancing brand voice, audience expectations, and platform best practices.
- Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and drive engagement, growth, and community building.
- Serve as a brand voice and advocate across social platforms, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and audience connection.
- 4 years managing social media for a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
- Proven success with brand growth and engagement across social platforms
- Experience with content capture, photoshoots, and creative production.
- Passion for beauty, a great eye for design, and the ability to translate brand storytelling into scroll-stopping content.
