Production Artist

Our client is looking for a Production Artist to join their team!

This is a 20 hours/week assignment running approximately March 2 through March 20, with some scheduling flexibility. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate established campaign layouts into production-ready mechanical files across multiple formats and sizes, maintaining visual integrity and consistency.
• Build and prep final artwork files for print and digital delivery, ensuring all technical specifications (DPI, bleed, trim, color profiles, file formats, etc.) are accurate and compliant.
• Adapt existing creative assets within a defined design system, applying logical scaling and formatting decisions while preserving hierarchy, typography, and composition.
• Conduct meticulous quality control reviews to ensure files are error-free, aligned to production standards, and optimized for final output.
• Collaborate closely with creative and campaign stakeholders to clarify specs, troubleshoot production challenges, and meet tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining a high level of precision, organization, and version control.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Artist with strong mechanical-building expertise across print and digital formats.
• Advanced knowledge of production specifications including DPI resolution, bleed and trim setup, color modes, and pre-press requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional attention to detail and file organization.
• Ability to work quickly and independently within an established campaign framework while meeting compressed timelines.
  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70.00–$75.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
