Producer III

This is a 7-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary

This role supports the development and execution of A/V marketing campaigns for an on-demand streaming service’s original content. The position works closely with internal creative teams and external agency partners to produce trailers, TV spots, and social content distributed across paid and owned media channels. The Producer ensures projects remain on schedule, meet quality expectations, and align with high creative standards.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5–7 years of experience in creative campaign development, ideally within the entertainment industry (TV/film)
• Passion for entertainment marketing with a strong foundation in A/V campaign production
• Proficient in TV, digital, social, and print advertising formats, with strong creative production skills
• Familiar with digital marketing trends, campaign development processes, and creative asset production
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and external agency partners
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience ideating, executing, and delivering A/V derivative cutdowns and custom digital/social content assets
  
  

Job Description

In this role, you will support A/V marketing campaigns for original entertainment content.

You’ll partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce trailers, TV spots, and social media marketing assets. This includes assisting with campaign planning, coordinating creative deliverables, tracking progress with agency partners, and helping ensure projects align with established creative standards.

You will also assist with maintaining schedules and budgets, managing vendor relationships, and supporting production logistics for multiple campaigns simultaneously, helping ensure successful delivery of marketing assets across channels.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film, Communications, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in entertainment marketing, creative production, advertising, or digital media
• Experience working with A/V campaign production, trailers, TV spots, or social marketing assets preferred

• This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires on-site work
• The pay for this W-2 position is $59.70 per hour
