Key Responsibilities
Analyze Customer Feedback
- Evaluate open-ended survey responses, verbatim comments, and quantitative data
- Apply text analytics and manual coding to identify themes and insights
- Combine qualitative and quantitative findings for deeper analysis
- Use qualitative tools and business context to identify trends, sentiment shifts, and customer pain points
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Transform unstructured data into compelling narratives
- Develop presentations and reports tailored to diverse audiences
- Present insights to stakeholders via meetings, email, and formal presentations
- Support custom research initiatives using customer experience tracking surveys
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 3–5 years of experience in qualitative research, customer experience (CX), text analytics, or related field
- Strong expertise in:
- Thematic analysis
- Sentiment analysis
- Comment coding methodologies
- Experience with text analytics or qualitative analysis tools (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics Text iQ, Clarabridge)
- Ability to translate complex, unstructured data into clear insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience supporting global programs across multiple regions and languages
- Background in technology or market research environments
- Familiarity with NLP or text mining using Python or R
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Linguistics, Communications) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel for qualitative data organization and analysis
- Experience with qualitative research and text analytics platforms
