About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support vendor onboarding processes. This role focuses on high-volume data entry, review, and validation of sensitive supplier information.
This assignment is expected to last approximately 3 months, with a target start date of 5/11. Depending on business needs, the duration may be shorter. Due to the nature of the data involved (including business, supplier, and banking information), an associate degree is strongly preferred.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Review digital documents for completeness and accuracy
- Validate supplier information and supporting documentation
- Enter supplier banking and profile data into internal systems
- Follow written procedures consistently and accurately
- Manage repetitive, high-volume tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience
- Ability to achieve 15,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Ability to follow written procedures with minimal guidance
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with repetitive, high-volume work
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Associate degree strongly preferred
- Experience with digital document platforms, HRIS systems, or similar tools is a plus
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
- 8-hour workday plus lunch
- Must be able to work Central Time hours
