Business Affairs – Junior Manager (Latin America Region)

You will partner cross-functionally to secure regionally relevant content, ensuring cultural alignment and strong audience engagement.
Key Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in advertising, entertainment, or media-related industries within a content-focused environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and licensing, particularly in digital content and advertising
- Understanding of legal and cultural considerations within Latin American markets
- Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
- Partner with regional Business Affairs leadership to support execution of content rights strategies with ownership and accountability
- Coordinate and plan locale-specific content to replace global assets that are not regionally suitable, consulting with legal teams as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate appropriate content usage rights
- Collaborate with production teams across regions to support rights management systems and ensure accurate asset tracking and usage
- Provide guidance on rights clearance and help mitigate potential legal or cultural risks in content usage
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience); degree from an accredited Latin American university preferred
- Advanced degree (LLM or MBA) is a plus
- This opportunity is located in Coral Gables, FL and requires a hybrid work schedule
- This is a 12-month contract position
- The pay for this W-2 position is $55.97 per hour
- This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
