Content Design Producer – Creative
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role located in Culver City, CA; Cupertino, CA; or New York, NY (local candidates only).
Summary
This role supports the creative team in delivering high-quality content across multiple formats. You will help coordinate vendors, support asset curation, and ensure projects stay on track throughout the creative process in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will support the development, curation, and delivery of creative assets across formats including photo, illustration, video, and audio.
You’ll partner with creative teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects. This includes coordinating vendors, supporting onboarding and communications, maintaining asset organization, and tracking deliverables against timelines.
You will also help maintain asset management systems, support project timelines, and contribute to efficient workflows that keep creative initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.

- 5 years of experience in creative production, content operations, or creative support
- Passion for creative content with a strong foundation in asset coordination and production workflows
- Proficient in asset management systems and project tracking tools, with strong organizational skills
- Familiar with content curation, licensing, and end-to-end creative workflows
- Skilled in collaborating with Creative, Product, Engineering, and external vendors
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Background in creative production, content operations, marketing, or related disciplines
- Experience working with external vendors or agencies
- Experience with asset management systems and content workflows
- Experience in a technology company is preferred
- Familiarity with regional content requirements and global content considerations is a plus
- This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA; Cupertino, CA; or New York, NY and requires local residency while working remotely
- The pay for this W-2 position is $77.47 per hour in Culver City, CA; $86.26 per hour in Cupertino, CA and $84.71 per hour in NYC.
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
