This science-driven skincare brand is scaling its brand presence across multiple consumer touchpoints and channels. The Art Director will play a key role in defining and elevating brand identity, shaping social and content strategy, and leading visual, narrative, and experiential creative that supports long-term brand positioning. This role is based in New York City and works closely with cross-functional marketing and creative partners.
Core Responsibilities The pay for this W-2 position ranges starts at $150k annually. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.

- Content Production Direction and Logistics
- Lead creative direction for photo and video shoots, including pre-production creative briefs, on-set direction, and post-production timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production logistics, including pre-production project management, on-site coordination, and post-production delivery
- Establish and maintain visual and narrative standards for photography, video, and social media assets
- Collaborate with external production partners (photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, etc.) to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Campaign and Experience Ideation
- Conceptualize brand campaigns for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and cross-channel storytelling
- Develop high-level creative concepts, mood boards, and narrative frameworks for leadership review
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate approved concepts into clear, actionable creative briefs
- Cross-Functional Creative Support
- Participate in weekly creative reviews and strategic planning meetings
- Provide cohesive, brand-led creative guidance across marketing initiatives
- Deliver art direction for events, performance marketing collateral, and other brand initiatives
