As a new tax analyst, you will be involved on a regular basis in the company’s income tax, fixed asset and indirect tax calculations and tax returns. Responsibilities
- Prepare federal, state and local income tax returns and supporting workpapers
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
- Prepare miscellaneous state and local tax and business filings
- Maintain tax calendar of filings
- Develop tools and procedures to streamline manual processes
- Support the annual income tax provision process (ASC 740), including preparation of calculations, documentation and reporting
- Respond to tax notices and audits
- Support special projects as needed, including R&D tax credits, transfer pricing and business expansions
- Monitor tax legislative changes
- A bachelor's degree is required.
