Program/ IT Project Manager
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – onsite 2–5 days/week)
Duration: 6-month contract (possible extension)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans and budgets for initiatives focused on manufacturing, distribution, and ordering functions.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, monitoring project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items; proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Closely track project budgets, resourcing, and utilization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners.
- Be familiar with and support the Change Request process.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation in the PMO departmental repository and in ServiceNow.
- Adhere to PMO-defined processes, methodologies, and minimum required documentation.
- Work with stakeholders and project teams to complete required SDLC deliverables and approvals, including:
- Project Charter
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Design Documentation
- Test Plans
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create and communicate status reporting at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Track and report team hours and project budgets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leading complex implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong Business Applications experience (primary) with Infrastructure exposure.
- Executive presence with experience leading meetings and strategic discussions with Executive and Senior Leadership; comfortable presenting to large groups (C-level to staff).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, including project team members, external vendors, and consultants.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
