Title: Level 1 IT Support Technician – Tenant Migration Support
Location: New York, NY 10017
Duration: Contract
Rate: $ 25-30/hr
Required Skills
- 1 years of IT Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory, password resets, and user account support is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and support multiple users in a professional corporate environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced migration or deployment project
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting migration or deployment projects
- Experience in financial or enterprise environments is a plus
- Associate degree or relevant IT certifications preferred
