JOB SUMMARY

Provide operational support of all IT infrastructure within our Data Centers, this includes servers, storage, network, network security, and telecommunications. Work includes the physical implementation and or removal of these components, which includes racking/stacking equipment, cabling, power, documentation, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School or GED

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Supports the physical implementation or removal of Data Center(s) IT Infrastructure including racking, stacking, cabling, and power of servers, storage, network, security, and telecommunications

20%

Ensures adhering to defined standards and thoroughly documents work in appropriate systems

5%

Participates in on-call rotation

5%

Performs routine administrative tasks i.e, email correspondence, meeting participation, etc.
