The consultant will provide hands-on Level 1 support, helping end users transition from an existing Microsoft tenant to a new environment while ensuring a seamless desktop experienc

• esSupport end-user migration activities during Microsoft tenant-to-tenant migratio
• n.Assist users with workstation setup, account migration, and access issue
• s.Provide onsite walk-up support and desk-side assistanc
• e.Follow daily migration schedules and work through assigned user migration list
• s.Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365-related issue
• s.Ensure minimal disruption to end-user productivity during migratio
• n.Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems when necessar

y.Required Skil

• ls1–3 years of Desktop Support / Help Desk experienc
• e.Strong customer service and end-user support skill
• s.Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 36
• 5.Familiarity with device provisioning and user account migration
• s.Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is highly preferre
