Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Chronic Pain & Behavioral Medicine (Hybrid-only 2 days a week in the office)
📍 Berkeley, CA | 💼 Full-Time (Hybrid) | 🕓 Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM | 💰 $110K–$170K DOE
A leading behavioral medicine and chronic pain management practice in Berkeley, CA, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its collaborative and mission-driven care team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary program dedicated to improving quality of life for patients with chronic pain and behavioral health conditions through evidence-based, compassionate care.
🔹 About the Role
As a core member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments for outpatient and chronic pain programs
- Provide individual and group therapy focused on wellness, resilience, and pain coping strategies
- Deliver behavioral interventions grounded in CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities
- Facilitate group sessions on stress management, wellness, and chronic pain education
- Prepare clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals
🔹 Schedule & Work Environment
🗓️ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🏠 Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite (Berkeley) 3 days remote
🌙 No evenings or weekends required

🔹 Qualifications
✔ California Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD – required)
✔ Background in chronic pain, behavioral medicine, or health psychology preferred
✔ Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, biofeedback)
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✔ Spanish bilingual a plus, but not required

💰 $110,000 – $170,000 (DOE)
