Clovis, CA (Fresno Area) | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $300K–$500K DOE Bonus

Outpatient Multidisciplinary Pain & Rehab Practice | No Nights or Weekends

Join a well-established, physician-led pain and rehabilitative group serving Central California.

We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatrist (MD/DO) to anchor our Clovis location while supporting our Visalia and Bakersfield clinics 2–3 times per month.

This is an ideal role for a clinician who thrives in an interdisciplinary environment, values autonomy, and wants to make a lasting impact across multiple communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient PM&R and pain management services
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team (Anesthesia, Neuro, Psych, PT, Acupuncture)
• See patients across the Central Valley (Clovis, Visalia, Bakersfield)
• Participate in functional restoration and worker’s compensation programs
• Help shape clinical operations and expand regional presence

Qualifications:

✅ California medical license (or eligibility)

✅ PM&R or Pain Management background

✅ Interest in multi-site work and interdisciplinary care

✅ Worker’s Compensation experience a plus (training available)
