We are looking for cafe baristas to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and light food fare while providing an excellent customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and some previous barista experience. Baristas are the face of the organization and will be experts in both Matcha Magic products and customer experience guidelines.
About the Job:
- Assisting customers through the ordering process while delivering exceptional customer service
- Prepare beverages and light food fare according to Matcha Magic standards and recipes
- Checking Inventory level of bar and kitchen goods and supplies
- Being a leader in driving store revenue by promoting a friendly enjoyable atmosphere
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Maintaining a clean restaurant
- Execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
