Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences for hair styling and grooming.
• Perform haircuts, color treatments, and styling using various techniques, including straight razor and shears.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist with retail sales to enhance overall salon performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
