- Provide expert barbering services including fades and haircuts tailored to client preferences
- Utilize advanced techniques such as straight razor shaves, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client satisf
- Apply color theory principles for hair coloring services and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to health regulations
- Offer personalized consultations on hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and retail product recommendations
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items and grooming accessories while delivering excellent customer service
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional Barber with a strong portfolio of haircutting and grooming skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their grooming needs
- Commitment to sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment in accordance with health standards
- Cosmetology or barbering license required; additional certifications in specialized services are advantageous
