Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression for the organization.
Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meetings and events.
Providing information about the organization and its services to guests and clients.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
Processing mail and deliveries, distributing correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Monitoring security procedures, including logging visitors and notifying security personnel of unescorted guests or emergencies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, clients, and staff.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage phone calls, appointments, and administrative duties simultaneously.
Proficiency in office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may prefer additional certifications or experience in customer service or administrative roles.
