Our long tenured client, a well-established professional services firm in Morris County, is searching for an HR Manager. Reporting to the Firm Administrator the HR Manager (this is a department of 1) will oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, insurance renewals, policies and procedures, compliance, and general HR responsibilities. Payroll is not a part of this role. Our client is looking for someone with solid experience coaching and mentoring professionals.
YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
- 4 years of HR experience in a professional services environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field
- Relevant HR Certifications preferred Coaching and mentoring experience
