We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Manager with strong knowledge of US labor laws and legal compliance to support our growing HR operations.
Experience: 2–3 years (US HR compliance experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Support HR documentation, employee records, and compliance audits
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and background verification processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR compliance matters
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data
- Support HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR compliance
- Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with US labor laws and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience supporting US-based employees or clients
- Exposure to audits, compliance reporting, or legal HR documentation
