Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails regarding order placement, inquiries, and invoicing
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to track orders from entry through shipment
- Follow up promptly on customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, contracts, shipping, and tracking
- Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and Excel
- Collaborate daily with the sales team regarding customer accounts
- Support other Customer Service team members as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to maintain punctuality and work assigned schedules
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data entry
