Production Coordinator
Planning Department | Full-Time | Reno/Sparks, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, but flexible
Reports to: Planning Supervisor
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating daily production schedules across blending and packaging operations to ensure customer orders ship on time. You’ll work closely with Production, Customer Service, Inventory, and Quality to keep operations running efficiently and resolve issues as they arise.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain daily production schedules for mixers and packing lines

Adjust schedules as needed based on production needs, shortages, or changes

Communicate regularly with Production to ensure schedules are followed

Partner with Customer Service to support on-time shipments and communicate delays

Monitor shortage reports to prioritize production

Coordinate with Inventory on formulation requests and batch readiness

Track and log daily production output

Print and distribute batch documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations aligned

Participate in meetings and support continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized under pressure. This role will be trained internally, and success comes from strong follow-through, communication, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.
Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000 annually (depending on experience)
