Duties
- Accounts Payable: Bills and credit card expenses are paid in a timely manner.
- Accounts Receivable: Customers are billed according to their requirements, monthly statements are generated, etc.
- Process payroll and retirement contributions.
- Generate sales and profitability reports.
- Act as administrative support to CEO, such as coordinating and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with other administrative responsibilities in the office, such as travel logistics, processing mail, taking meeting minutes, etc.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
- 2 years of experience in QuickBooks Online handling bookkeeping tasks
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel up to 6 times per year
- Experience in event planning and vendor management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
