Job Summary
The Owner Engagement Intern will support the Owner Engagement team in driving outreach, activities, and events that enhance the owner journey from the moment of purchase through all stages of ownership. This role focuses on creating an exceptional owner experience utilizing thoughtful communication, engagement, and resource development.
Required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Event or creative programming experience and experience with social media and developing customer engagement

Core Responsibilities
- Support the execution of owner outreach campaigns and communications to include emails, newsletters, text, and social media campaigns through content creation and editing
- Support owner engagement programs and special events, such as weekly owner engagement events and festivals, and develop and execute new programs
- Support owner feedback and engagement programs through targeted surveys and open-ended dialogue
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by management
