Job Summary
This owner service-oriented role helps to engage owners in the In House Collections process in order to return them to good ownership status. This role requires attention to detail and organization coupled with professional communication. The Owners Collections and Owners Association departments works as a team to assist owners and this role will, as such, the ability to work independently and as a team is essential.
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Professionally proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Notary Public commission (preferred) or ability to acquire upon hire (required)
Typical Schedule
Days:
Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed
Hours:
Monday & Wednesday, 11 am – 5 pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9 am – 3 pm, Friday 10:30 am – 4:30 pm; additional hours as needed
Core Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to owners in In-House Collections status to re-engage owners not meeting payment plan obligations
- Engage owners in In House Collections status, as well as those entering and exiting the process, in email and written mail campaigns designed to return owners to good standing
- Assist with inbound calls for owners in In-House Collections status
- Assist with filing, mailings, and notarization as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
