Job Summary
Answer telephone calls, take payments, and help keep all correspondence sent to and received from owners about their timeshare ownership accounts. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with owner's issues in a professional and courteous manner over the phone and in person.
Required
Experience using Microsoft Office Programs including Word and Excel
Prior administrative experience
Preferred
A commissioned Notary Public
Typical Schedule
Days:
Monday through Friday
Hours:
Monday - 9:30am - 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm , and Thursday 9am - 3pm
Core Responsibilities
- Answer phones using correct phone status and etiquette
- Check file/print off reports for letters to be sent
- Type Warrant in Debts to be sent to Civil Court
- On Base court files – Quarterly and Yearly
- Notarize court papers and documents for Owners Association and guest on resort
- Other duties as assigned by management
