Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including greeting, taking food and beverage orders, answering questions, and providing information about the resort and surrounding areas, preparing alcoholic beverages for guests and serving tickets, upholding a clean and organized service and work area, as well as any other duties assigned by management while upholding company safety and sanitation policies.
Required
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and preparation
- Knowledge of beer and wine pairings
- Understanding of and adherence to ABC regulations and policies
- Must be at least 21
Preferred
Previous serving and/or bartending experience

Days:
Schedule varies from week to week
- Includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hours:
Varied hours depending on the hours of operation and the business demands
Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Fill alcoholic beverage orders for guests and server orders
- Enforce ABC policies and regulations
- Upsell products whenever possible
- Communicate and work with the team to ensure efficient task completion
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area
- Process payments and accurately make change using the point of sale system
- Ensure proper rotation of stock, including beer, wine, and cocktail mixers, to provide quality control on perishable goods
- Other duties as assigned by management
