Job Summary
The Night Audit Clerk position serves as the primary point of contact for the Resort’s onsite and offsite guests in the late evening and early morning. The Associate strives to provide the highest level of customer service to maintain a warm, inviting, and guest-focused atmosphere. Position greets arriving guests and assists with check-in/check-out procedures, provides accommodation and amenity information, and reconciles Resort accounts. Ideal candidates possess a general understanding of accounting principles and a desire to serve others.

- Serve as primary point of contact for Resort guests

- Respond to phone and email inquiries
- Assist with reconciliation of Resort accounts
