Digital Media Specialist
Location: Chesterfield, MO
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
As our Digital Media Specialist, you'll manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns that support both our franchise locations and our franchise development initiatives. You'll work alongside our marketing team to launch campaigns, analyze performance, test new strategies, and drive measurable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Test audiences, creative, messaging, ad formats, and campaign strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns launch on time, stay within budget, and achieve business objectives.
- Assist with media billing and coordinate franchisee reimbursement through the finance team.
- Support new spa openings by establishing a strong digital presence and implementing local SEO best practices.
- Monitor listing consistency and recommend optimizations to improve local search visibility.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Two or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven record of driving results.
- Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
