DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to join our exceptional team as a Digital Media Specialist. This position’s primary role is the implementation, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on our franchisee’s digital marketing campaigns and our franchise growth campaigns. Our goal is to produce the best results for these campaigns and ensure that all campaigns run on time and within planned budget.
· Work with marketing team to plan, implement, manage budget, and report on digital marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B initiatives across the organization on a variety of digital media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising and Display Advertising.
· Identify any issues, concerns, trends, or significant changes in campaign performance and communicate feedback daily to the team.
· Support the marketing team by assisting with reporting requests, pulling relevant data, and summarizing results
· Test different ad creative, ad formats, audiences, etc. for optimal ad performance, and work with the team to ensure proper campaign setup and implementation of testing initiatives to improve efficiency and results of campaigns.
· Assist with media invoices and route to finance for franchisee reimbursement.
· Assist in the set-up of digital media presence for new franchised locations with SEO best practices in mind and monitor off-page listing consistency to improve SEO of existing locations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media that delivered growth
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understanding of digital media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of digital media campaigns.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven track record.
- Solid Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Sheets Facebook Ads Manager and Display advertising. Google Adwords Certified and Facebook Blueprint Certified is a plus.
- Effective creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, results-oriented, and decision-making skills are a must
