What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Massage Therapist position at MassageLuXe?
STEADY CLIENTS. FULL & FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. GOOD CULTURE. $50 AVERAGE PER SERVICE.
We're a thriving spa in downtown Wake Forest and we offer a steady stream of clients, a calm environment, and a team that gets along. We're looking for therapists who love their work and want a space where their peace is protected. You're the expert and we're here to handle the business side so you can focus on your clients. We also offer flexible scheduling options to help you balance your professional and personal commitments.
Consistent Clients. Predictable Income.
Our membership model makes massage more affordable for clients, encouraging them to make wellness part of their routine instead of an occasional splurge. That's why our therapists' schedules remain full, and they earn nearly 40% of every service while we take care of everything else: fully furnished treatment rooms, luxury linens, premium products, laundry, marketing, scheduling, and the day-to-day costs of operating the spa. This allows you to spend more time doing what you love and less time wondering where your next appointment is coming from. We also encourage clients to tip at the industry standard, helping therapists maximize their earnings while being recognized for the exceptional care they provide.
