Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler - Full Time

FRONT DESK RECEPTION -We are very busy and urgently need to add a full time Front Desk Receptionist!

We have multiple shifts available full time and part time hours - 32 hours is considered full time and allows for group health benefit eligibility. We offer paid vacation for both full and part time employees and paid personal days for full time employees.

Requirements:

• Great Telephone Skills
• General computer skills (We train on our software)
• High school or GED
• Customer Service Experience
• Membership Sales Experience a Plus!
• Desire to have fun as part of an exceptional team.
• Sales experience is definitely a plus!
• We are looking for folks who have a solid work history!

Principal Duties

• Answer Phones
• Schedule and Confirm Appointments
• Member & Guest Check in and Out
• Payment Processing
• Assist with Membership Sales
